Failure to Notify ASIC
Penalties for not notifying ASIC of correct or information within the 28 day review period and not paying the Annual Review Fee are:
- up to one month late: $82* fee
- more than one month late: $340* fee plus the $80*
- up to one month late: $82* fee
- more than one month late: $340* fee plus the $80*
Sharbara Accounting Service
The cost for Sharbara Accounting Services to act as an ASIC Registered Agent for your business is $150* per year.
